Timeshare Representative Initial Requirements

Applicants must:

• Provide a complete application Form 531 and the application fee of $100 in exact change or check made payable to the Nevada Real Estate Division.
• Attach a passport sized photo (taken with the last year) to your application.
• A Time Share Representative registration is issued for a one year period and requires an $100 fee upon a renewal (Form 595) of an active or inactive registration.
